These are cut pieces of dried natural loofah. Natural loofah made from a vegetable sponge gourd is an excellent material for shredding and foraging by pet birds such as parrots, budgies, cockatiels etc. It is absolutely bird-safe and chemical free.
It cane be used in combination with other materials such as wooden beads, neem barks, lemon grass leaves, areca stalks etc. Birds like vibrant colors.

Our loofah (sponge gourd) gourd comes from our own plantation, and from rural countryside farmers. These farmers grow them for vegetables, and leftovers are ripened and dried for use as scrubber. They are grown under organic conditions.
