FAQ - Returns

1. Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law (i.e., a replacement/repair for a minor fault or refund for a major fault)?
We do accept refunds and return requests. Please read our refund policy given in separate refund policy page.
2. Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, in what time do customers have to contact you?
We always try to help you with purchases. In case we have not shipped the product, we are glad to cancel the order and refund the full amount to you if you wish. However in case the order has been shipped, we would request to communicate your wish for refund within 7 days of receiving the order. However, the policy may vary with different type of products.
