1. What do you mean by ‘natural’ products?
By natural products, we mean products that have undergone only minimum processing. Most of our products are hand-made. Because they have no toxic chemicals and plastics, and they decompose or compostable, they are considered environment friendly.
2. What are loofah products?
Natural loofah (or luffa) is obtained from a vegetable sponge gourd. There are no added chemicals, plastics while making these products etc. We source loofahs from the rural areas in the North East India, where it is grown under organic conditions in traditional method of cultivation.
Being natural, the products may vary in colour, may bear some unevenness in shape and may even have a few blemishes. We have taken care that the product you received is of excellent quality. Also, being soft, the product may reach you in crumpled or untidy looking condition. They are absolutely okay, and the will regain original shape once dipped in water before using.
3. What are bamboo and cane products?
Bamboo is regarded as one of the most sustainable plants on Earth. Bamboo has wide applications and products. There are hundreds of traditional products made of bamboo. These traditional products find application in our times too, whereas some products are made to suit our modern requirements.
Our bamboo and cane products are mostly Kitchenware, Birdhouse and Feeders, Lamp Shades, decorative pieces etc. Bamboo products that are intended to last long are treated for insect attack with chemicals widely accepted for such uses.
4. Why do you sell T-shirts?
Our high quality T-shirts carry messages or graphics that promote sustainability and eco-friendliness. We believe it helps the wearer make a personal statement and help promote environment.
